Hello! Welcome to The Little Guppies primary program! This is your first step towards water safety and enjoyment!

Here's what you need to know:

  • The program runs for 6 weeks, Monday through Friday.
  • Attendance is required for 5 days a week.
  • Each class is one-on-one and lasts for 10 minutes.
  • Individual progress varies, and your child may need additional classes*
  • New classes start every Monday.

For swimmers aged 12 months and up, we teach the Swim-Float-Swim sequence. This method helps them efficiently move through the water by swimming with their heads down, eyes open, rolling to their backs to breathe, and, depending on their confidence and skill level, rolling back over to continue swimming.

Fridays are Family Days at our swimming program so let's dive right in! While Mondays through Thursdays are all about the child and their instructor in the water, we invite Parents/Caregivers to jump in and join the excitement every Friday.

Bringing family members into the water not only allows the child to showcase their newly acquired skills but also boosts their self-esteem and confidence. It's a wonderful opportunity for bonding and celebration! Plus, having you in the water gives us the chance to demonstrate the best ways to reinforce the techniques taught in our program, ensuring continued progress and success.

We can't wait to make a splash together as a family!

“Gina was able to teach Lily how to swim and float to safety in only 6 weeks. Water safety is a must living in Florida. Gina made the process into a fun experience. I highly recommend her!

“Gigi is fantastic. She was on-time, professional and so sweet to our little, Jack. He was NOT excited to be in that water, but Gina was patient and comforting to him. Now we have to beg him to get out of the pool"

“Gina was amazing with my son, Louie. She made sure that he was comfortable and created a safe space for us! ”

FAQs

  • What is the class schedule?

Classes are Monday through Friday at an agreed upon time. Monday through Thursday all about the child and their instructor in the water. Fridays are family day! We encourage parents to get into the water on Fridays to let your little guppy show off their new skills.

  • Why are classes only 10 minutes?

In our experience, 10 minutes is the perfect amount of time to work with a child's short attention span. It also minimizes the amount of water a child intakes during the session.

  • How do I pay?

We accept payments via checks, Venmo or Zelle.

  • Where do classes take place?

Classes are taught from the comfort of your own home.
