Water Safety Tips for Every Swim Family

At Gigi’s Guppies, we believe water safety starts with confidence, consistency, and knowledge. This page is packed with bite-sized tips to help you protect your little one in and around the water—whether you're at the pool, beach, or even the bathtub.

✅ Always stay within arm’s reach of your child—even if they’re “water-safe”
✅ Practice swim-float-swim at home (bathtubs and small splash pads work great!)
✅ Avoid puddle jumpers—they give a false sense of confidence
✅ Set clear water rules with caregivers and family members
✅ Keep lessons consistent—skills grow with repetition!
